How do I log in to the StoragePRO app?+
Use the email address you provided when you rented your unit. On the login screen, enter that email and tap "Send me a link" — you'll receive a magic link in your inbox. No password required. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
I can't find my unit in the app.+
Your unit should appear automatically after you log in with your tenant email. If it's missing, it usually means your account is tied to a different email address. Try signing in with an alternate email, or submit a ticket above.
My gate code isn't showing up.+
Gate codes are loaded when your lease is active. If you see a blank gate code section, try pulling down to refresh the app. If the issue persists, your lease may still be in processing — allow up to one business day from move-in.
I have a question about my payment or balance.+
Your current balance, next due date, and payment history are all in the "Payments" tab. If you believe there's an error on your account, submit a ticket above with your unit number and the specific charge in question.
I forgot my password / can't access my email.+
The StoragePRO app uses passwordless login — you just need access to the email address on your account. If you've lost access to that email, submit a ticket with your full name, unit number, and facility location. We'll verify your identity and update your account email.
